Design an intuitive dashboard that transforms complex guest feedback data into actionable insights for hotel management, while supporting multiple composite metrics across various service areas.
The Solution
We created a sophisticated yet user-friendly interface with a clear visual hierarchy, combining bar charts, line graphs, and donut charts to present OSAT scores, guest loyalty metrics, and service quality indicators. The maroon and gold color palette conveys professionalism while maintaining visual appeal.
